Title:

Describe a person who you want to know more about. Explain why.

解题思路：

人物的话题，可以套用尊重，崇敬的名人的答案，但要注意加上为什么想要更加了解他的理由。

参考答案

The person who I want to know more about is Cristiano Ronaldo, one of the best footballers in the world.

I want to him more, the first reason is, he is my idol, since young I started to watch every game he played, no matter how late it is here in China. I wrongfully doubt that there is any other more loyal fan of him than I was. I seem to can’t get enough information about him.

Another reason is that, as a world elite athlete, Cristiano manages to keep his body in top tier shape like no other. I am always wondering what his secret is and how he does this day after day, year after year.

Do you agree or disagree that students should be required to go to school before they are 16.

解题思路：

1. education plays a huge role in one’s life, especially at the early age. Primary school and middle school education should be compulsory.

2. With healthy education system, one can avoid making mistakes if he or she choose to enter the society early. Stay out of trouble.

教授讲了两个例子，一个是自己的说自己小时候学习piano只看谱子不看琴键，在high school学typing class只看屏幕不看键盘这是positive！第二个例子是他朋友的，原来是舞台剧演员喜欢大声读是为了让观众听见，后来成了movie演员还是大声读，这是不行的，negative transfer 。

问题：

讨论旅行要改地点问题 问学生安排了一个 field trip,但是关了,但是他们租了车,车费不退,就必须改变安排。

解决措施：

1. 一个是去看waterfall;

2. 另一个是去一个natural museum,女生担心大家会比较失望,因为不够 adventurous。

Title

loon birds have two types of feather to protect them in the cold water, they are water birds live in cold climate in north America

回答思路：

1. 1st type, counterfeit (不确定), feather which is the outer layer of the birds’ body. This type of feather keeps the birds dry, it is packed tightly and oily which keep the water going into the body.

2. 2nd type, is down feather, which keeps the bird warm. It is dense and thick and is make of soft fluffy material. So it prevents the heat loosing for the body
